Are you interested in starting a food truck business? A mobile catering service? This workshop is for you!
In this one-hour interactive workshop with business advisors Ruth Feldman and Eric Treworgy we will address basic logistics including:
- licensing,
- parking,
- cold storage,
- menu considerations,
- food trends, and other essential pieces to consider before you launch your mobile food business.
