Stacy Sikes

Senior Accounting & Treasury Manager

About Stacy

Stacy Sikes is the Senior Accounting & Treasury Manager at CEI Capital Management LLC (CCML), a subsidiary of the Maine-based community development financial institution with a mission to build just, vibrant, and climate-resilient futures for people and communities in Maine and rural regions by integrating finance, business expertise, and policy solutions in ways that make the economy work more equitably. CCML focuses on investing in projects in rural communities across the country that create quality jobs with benefits and opportunities for career growth, with a specialty in manufacturing.

As the Senior Accounting & Treasury Manager at CCML, Stacy oversees the accounting for the New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) portfolio of lending entities, as well as Opportunity Zone funds, real estate investment funds, joint ventures, and related management entities for CEI-Boulos Capital Management. Stacy also manages the treasury functions for both the NMTC and CEI-Boulos entities and collaborates with external accountants to prepare audits and tax returns for the NMTC subsidiaries, Opportunity Zone projects, joint ventures, and multi-investor funds.

Prior to joining CCML, Stacy lived in New York and worked at a small real estate rental company maintaining their financial records. Stacy has gained most of her experience working at CCML through her seven years while increasing her responsibilities. Stacy earned her master’s degree in accounting in 2023 with a forensic accounting concentration while working at CCML full-time, which helped her gain more knowledge and experience. Stacy loves animals, especially dogs. Stacy would love to open up a dog daycare at some point in the future while still integrating accounting work. Stacy only has one Labrador currently but hopes to get another at some point soon.

  • State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonta, B.S. in Professional Accounting
