About Jesse

Jesse McKinnell is the SVP, Climate Justice and Environmental Resilience Investments at CEI.

Jesse joined CCML in 2012 as their Asset and Relationship Manager and in 2018 became the Revenue and Fund Development Officer as part of CCML’s “new product” team, eventually helping to co-found Bright Community Capital, a Maine-based renewable energy investor and lender with a national footprint, where he served as COO.

Prior to joining the CEI family of organizations. Jesse worked as a risk analyst for a large credit card processor. In his free time, Jesse enjoys writing, and activities which require partial submersion in whatever body of water is local and thawed.
