About Jackie

Jackie Lynds is the Treasurer at CEI Capital Management LLC (CCML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), a Maine-based community development financial institution with a mission to build just, vibrant and climate-resilient futures for people and communities in Maine and rural regions by integrating finance, business expertise and policy solutions in ways that make the economy work more equitably. CCML focuses on investing in projects in rural communities across the country that create quality jobs with benefits and opportunities for career growth, with a specialty in manufacturing.

As CCML’s Treasurer, Jackie leads the daily treasury, finance, and accounting activities for CCML’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) lending entities, and for CEI-Boulos Capital Management LLC and its portfolio of Opportunity Zone and private equity funds. In her role as Treasurer, she creates value for the organization through leveraging company assets, allowing it to deepen its impact and mission in rural communities. She oversees loan and investment servicing, financial reporting to investors, cash flow and financial forecasting, and accounting activities.

Jackie joined CCML in 2013 and served as CCML’s Loan Servicing and Cash Manager for three years, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience from various roles in loan servicing and accounting from community banking. In 2016 Jackie was promoted to Treasury and Loan Servicing Manager, and then Treasurer in 2018. Jackie comes from a family of car enthusiasts and gearheads; in 2023 she opened a small automotive business with her partner. She is the proud owner of a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Widebody Shaker that she enjoys taking to car shows across Maine.
