CEI Business Advising Application

Thank you for requesting free, confidential business advising at CEI.

We are able to offer our business advising at no cost to you thanks to the generous support of various funders and supporters, including the U.S. Small Business Administration.

These funders require us to collect a wide range of demographic and business information, which we ask for on this application form.

We keep all information completely confidential within CEI and report it only in aggregate.  CEI never sells, shares, or otherwise distributes personal information without your explicit written consent.

Completing this form is not a guarantee you'll receive business advising through CEI. We have limited capacity and often refer to other organizations to provide technical support, when we believe the applicant would be better served elsewhere.

We’ll be in contact within 3 – 5 business days to respond to your request.

To start the advising application process, we need to check whether we already have a record of you in our system. Please enter your email address in the field below, then click on Submit.
